Jennifer hails as a top one percent real estate professional in Southwest Florida. Having moved to Punta Gorda in 2010 with her husband Philip Rispoli. They both fell in love immediately with the Punta Gorda Lifestyle in Southwest Florida. Jennifer obtained her Sales Associate license in 2013 and her Broker license in 2016. Jennifer is a member of the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Association of REALTORS®️, REALTORS®️ Associations of Greater Fort Myers, the Beach, Inc., and The Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS®️.
In 2023, Jennifer decided it was time to expand her business as a dual agent for RE/MAX by obtaining her South Carolina license. This enables her to service her customers in both Southwest Florida and Greenville, South Carolina areas. She continued her partnership with a collaborating REMAX franchise so customers would feel right at home with the same hard work, dedication, and customer service.
Jennifer enjoys golfing, pickleball, boating, kayaking, biking, fishing, and spoiling her Portuguese Water dog, Miss Lilly. Jennifer’s genuine care and unique style for servicing her client’s needs have propelled her referral-based sales to the top 1% of the market.
Her husband Philip, a 45-year serial entrepreneur and Business Development veteran received his real estate license in 2017 and brought his decades of analog to digital marketing, sales, and advertising expertise to the team.
