Meet Philip
Philip has been a serial entrepreneur and business development veteran for over 45 years. Since moving to Southwest Florida with his wife Jennifer in 2010, Philip became a background source of marketing and business development after Jennifer received her real estate license in 2013. In 2017 Philip received his real estate license and created MyDigitalListing as a Digital system to list, market, and sell the resales of homes, faster and at a significantly lower overall cost to home sellers.
In the last 10 years, Jennifer and Philip together did 190 million of overall sales saving their Listing Customers upwards of 10’s of thousands of dollars on the listing of their home sale.
In 2022 the couple grossed over 40 million in sales in Southwest Florida and in 2023 Jennifer decided to become a dual agent licensed in South Carolina where we have been relocating some of our very good customers lately.
