$9,000,000

Bear Wallow and Standing Stone provides a rare chance to own around 1,500 acres at the source of the Green River. As you enter the river valley, you’ll feel the temperature drop and see stunning views open up as the internal road system climbs toward the ridgeline between North Carolina and South Carolina. The property includes access to two ponds in the Bear Wallow Subdivision, and with an additional membership, you’ll also have access to Headwaters Lake. It’s a great mix of protected and unrestricted land; ideal for recreation in the valley and for building on the ridges, saddles, and peaks. Two private, gated roads provide access to beautiful potential homesites. Maps, surveys, and copies of conservation easements are available upon request. Because of the size of the property, all showings must be scheduled in advance and will be guided by the listing agent.
